Our crews are trained to OSHA standards and H2S certified, equipped to execute a wide range of services including right-of-way clearing, roadway preparation, trenching, bedding, backfilling, concrete delivery and placement, and heavy lifting. We also specialize in oilfield installations such as reserve tanks, pipeline systems, compressor stations, and drilling pads. Lilly Construction, Inc. was established in 1955 by Gene Lilly in Ozona, Texas, originally providing welding services to the local community. In 1980, Lilly Construction transitioned into a full-service construction corporation, expanding its capabilities to meet the evolving demands of infrastructure and industrial development. Upon Gene’s retirement in 1999, leadership passed to his son-in-law, Dave Wilson, under whom the company has continued to thrive.
